For 24 years, PIONEER® has focused on one of concrete’s most fundamental challenges: cracking. Through continuous research and innovation, we have developed two core technology platforms—fiber-reinforced concrete and self-healing concrete—to enhance structural durability and extend service life.
PIONEER® technologies have earned a National Science and Technology Award in China and are supported by more than 20 patents. They have been successfully applied in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential projects worldwide, earning recognition from civil engineering professionals internationally.
From Crack Control to Crack Self-Healing
PIONEER® addresses concrete cracking across its entire lifecycle—from controlling crack formation and propagation to enabling crack self-healing.
Fiber reinforcement creates distributed reinforcement throughout the concrete matrix to control crack formation and development, while our self-healing technology enables concrete to autonomously repair cracks up to 0.6 mm, improving watertightness and extending structural service life.
