For 24 years, PIONEER has focused on one of concrete’s most fundamental challenges: cracking. Through continuous research and innovation, we have developed two core technology platforms—fiber-reinforced concrete and self-healing concrete—to enhance structural durability and extend service life.
PIONEER technologies have earned a National Science and Technology Award in China and are supported by more than 20 patents. They have been successfully applied in infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential projects worldwide, earning recognition from civil engineering professionals internationally.
From Crack Control to Crack Self-Healing
PIONEER develops fiber reinforcement and crystalline waterproofing products for concrete crack control and durability. Selected crystalline products are designed to support crack self-sealing under suitable conditions, subject to product-specific test evidence and application requirements.
Fiber reinforcement creates distributed reinforcement throughout the concrete matrix to control crack formation and development, while our self-healing technology enables concrete to autonomously repair cracks up to 0.6 mm, improving watertightness and extending structural service life.
From cracking and leakage to corrosion resistance and long-term durability, PIONEER continues to advance material technologies and product solutions for critical concrete challenges across a wide range of applications.
