PIONEER CrystalGuard™ includes integral concrete admixtures and surface-applied crystalline waterproofing products. The current product range includes CrystalGuard 100, 200, 200M, 300, 400 and 400D.
Integral products are incorporated during concrete production, while surface-applied products are used on hardened concrete. Selection depends on construction stage, substrate condition, access and project requirements.
CrystalGuard 100, 200 and 200M are the integral-admixture product route. Review the Concrete Admixtures category for product comparison and individual technical data.
CrystalGuard 300, 400 and 400D are the surface-applied product route, using penetrating, coating or dry-applied formats.
Some crystalline products may support self-sealing of compatible microcracks under defined conditions. The applicable crack-width limit and test conditions should be confirmed for the selected product.
