This product penetrates deeply into the concrete, forming a dense crystalline structure that provides long-lasting waterproofing protection. It is easy to apply using either manual or automatic spraying methods, making it suitable for large-scale applications. With its ability to repair cracks up to 0.2mm, it ensures a durable, waterproof barrier in various concrete structures.

PIONEER® CrystalGuard™ 300 Dosage & Mixing Instructions

  • Surface Preparation: Clean and slightly dampen the concrete surface before application.

  • Spray Application: Apply PIONEER® CrystalGuard™ 300 using manual or automatic spray equipment. Apply the first coat at 0.3kg per square meter and the second coat at 0.2kg per square meter.

  • Curing: Allow the surface to cure for 24-48 hours, depending on weather conditions.

  • Maintenance: Periodic inspection is recommended to ensure the continued effectiveness of the waterproofing layer.
