CrystalGuard™ Integral Waterproofing is the result of PIONEER®’s 24 years of technological innovation, using crystalline waterproofing technology to achieve self-healing of concrete cracks and inherent waterproofing of concrete structures. This technology redefines the concept of building waterproofing and brings an intelligent dimension to concrete.
The related technologies of CrystalGuard™ have earned over 20 patents and received national recognition, including the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and the First Prize of the Ministry of Education Science and Technology Progress Award. CrystalGuard™ 200M is an integral crystalline anti-corrosion admixture developed for marine, coastal and other chloride-exposed reinforced-concrete applications.
CrystalGuard™ 200 is publicly positioned as a crystalline waterproofing admixture, while CrystalGuard™ 200M is specifically positioned for anti-corrosion concrete applications. Final selection should follow the current product data and project exposure requirements.
Use the current CrystalGuard™ 200M Technical Data Sheet to establish the final dosage. The dosage basis, exposure-specific range and maximum permitted addition rate should be confirmed before production.
CrystalGuard™ 200M is incorporated during concrete batching. Confirm the approved addition sequence, mixing time and compatibility with the project’s other concrete admixtures before production.
CrystalGuard™ 200M is intended for chloride-exposed concrete. Quantified chloride performance should be reported using the actual test method and corresponding result, such as an ASTM C1202 electrical-indication result or a separately measured chloride diffusion or migration coefficient.
