What Is PIONEER® HTM® Twist Blend Macro Synthetic Fiber?
PIONEER® HTM® Twist Blend is a structural macro synthetic fiber made from 100% virgin polypropylene. Its twisted monofilament profile delivers high mechanical interlock and enhanced bond with the cement matrix, resulting in superior post-crack load capacity, impact resistance, and fatigue performance.
HTM® Twist Blend is designed to replace welded wire mesh and steel fibers in slabs, shotcrete, industrial floors, precast components, and composite metal decks.
The twisted structure improves stress distribution, reduces major cracking, and strengthens concrete across both plastic and hardened stages—while maintaining excellent workability.

HTM® Twist Blend is a blended macro synthetic fiber combining twisted monofilament polypropylene fibers with HPM® PP microfibers. The twisted profile provides superior mechanical anchorage, improving crack control, toughness, and durability in concrete and shotcrete.
The fiber’s twisted geometry creates 3D mechanical interlock with the cement matrix. This increases pull-out resistance, enhances post-crack load capacity, and provides steel-fiber-equivalent toughness without corrosion risks.
Typical dosages range from 3.0–6.0 kg/m³ depending on performance requirements:
