What Is Ultra-Fine PP Fiber
With a nominal fiber diameter of just 18 μm, PIONEER® Ultra-Fine Polypropylene Fiber is among the finest polypropylene fibers developed for concrete reinforcement.
Its ultra-fine diameter enables significantly more reinforcing fibers to be distributed throughout the concrete, creating a denser fiber network for more effective crack control and enhanced protection for concrete.
Why Lower Dosage Works Better
A finer fiber diameter means more reinforcing fibers can be distributed throughout the concrete. More fibers provide closer spacing, allowing better crack control with less material.
