Fibrillated Polypropylene Fiber Dispersion is the result of a complete production process. The fiber must enter the batch safely, separate under adequate mixing action, and remain distributed through discharge, transport, placement, and finishing. A fiber described as fibrillated does not guarantee uniform distribution in every concrete mixture.
When mixing begins, the network-form fiber is intended to open and distribute within the cementitious matrix. Visual inspection is useful for process control, but it is not a substitute for a specified test method.
