PIONEER® HGM® PET is a premium modified polyester fiber designed specifically for asphalt reinforcement.
Made from 100% high-strength monofilament PET, this fiber improves tensile stability, reduces reflective cracking, and enhances moisture resistance in hot mix (HMA) and warm mix (WMA) asphalt.

PET fibers disperse uniformly in asphalt, forming a three-dimensional reinforcement matrix. This matrix minimizes early damage, reduces rutting, and enhances long-term pavement resilience under heavy traffic and extreme temperatures.

Standard PP macro synthetic fiber is widely used in fiber reinforced concrete, but its performance is often limited by material properties and manufacturing methods.

With lower tensile strength and a relatively smooth surface, conventional macro fibers provide limited anchorage and weak crack-bridging ability after cracking.
